     We have a lovely, private setting but are still convenient to town being 1/2 mile north of the Lake City limits on Hwy 149 - close enough to to walk to restaurants and stores, but far enough to be "away from it all", with the Crystal Lake Trail as close as your back door.  Our physical addresses:

Cabin 4: 1440 Balsam Dr, Lake City, CO 81235  (from hwy 149, turn onto Balsam Drive, cabin is the 3rd on the right)

Grace Escape: 1550 Balsam Dr, Lake City, CO 81235 (about 1/4 mile up Balsam on the right)
